These Terms (”Terms”) govern how you (”you”, “your”) can participate in the Program operated by Locals Ltd. (”Locals”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By taking part, you and your referrals agree to these Terms. You also acknowledge that participation in the Program does not guarantee any rewards. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Purpose of the Program

Locals Referral Program (”Program”) enables existing and our new users to earn a commission by referring new creators to Locals. This revenue-sharing program offers payouts of up to 400$ per eligible referral.

When your invited Creator (“Referee”) signs up and becomes a paying Locals Pro subscriber, you (“Referrer”) can earn a commission as a thank-you for helping the Locals community grow.

2. Who can refer?

• Any registered Locals user (Member or Creator) with a verified email address and phone number can participate in the Program as a Referrer.
• If your account is deactivated or deleted, you will no longer be able to make new referrals. However, you will continue receiving commissions for any existing Referees who remain active and eligible.
• Shadow-banned users (more details in Locals Moderation Policy) may still access the Program.

3. Who can be referred?

• Only users who sign up at Locals and subscribe to a Locals Pro plan through a valid referral link qualify as Referees. Referred creators must be new to Locals services – no prior account, including free trials.
• Existing Locals users cannot be referred retroactively.

4. Rewards and Incentives

4.1 Referrer Rewards

• You earn 50% of your Referee’s Locals Pro subscription fees for the first 12 months of their active subscription.
• Rewards are calculated and paid out monthly via our referral program provider – Cello.so. Before you can collect any payments for your referrals, you will need to add your payment details.
