In Locals, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is strictly for users aged 18+, and we prohibit all content, interactions, or behaviors that harm minors or violate child safety laws. Every user is expected to report suspected CSAE immediately via our in-app tools. Violations will result in permanent bans, content removal, and required legal actions. Together, we strive to foster a safe community free from exploitation.

• Zero Tolerance for CSAE: We strictly prohibit content, behavior, or interactions that exploit or endanger minors. This includes creation, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) grooming, or solicitation of minors. Violations will result in immediate account deactivation. Locals reserves the right to report any and all such breaches to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
• Age requirement: Users must not engage in, solicit, or facilitate contact with minors for harmful purposes. All Locals users confirm they are 18+ and agree to refrain from interacting with underage individuals on the Locals services.
• Reporting obligations: We expect responsible attitude from the Locals users. To the extent you are aware of suspicious or prohibited behaviour on the Locals Services, please block this content using the in-app tools and immediately report it to by notifying us at [email protected] (Child Safety Point of Contact). We will investigate each issue with prompt and diligent attention, remove violating content, implement restrictive measures for such a user and take necessary legal action as required by the applicable legislation.
