To provide clarity and transparency, Locals has established the following refund policy for all users, ensuring all engaged parties have a clear understanding of the conditions under which refunds or credits are granted.

I. Cancel your Membership

We understand that needs change, and you should have full control over your subscription. Whether you're a Creator subscribed to one of Locals paid plans for Creators or a Member with an active Club Membership, you can cancel your subscription at any time – no questions asked.

To cancel your subscription, simply email us at [email protected] with your profile ID and a brief request. Our team will confirm the cancellation and let you know the exact date your access will expire.

Here's what happens when you choose to cancel your membership:

Please note: Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. For details on refund eligibility, please refer to the applicable refund terms hereunder.

II. Refund for Paid Activity

All payments conducted between Member and Creator shall be deemed final and non-refundable, unless required by law or set out by the Creator. Participants should contact the Creator directly in respect of any request for chargebacks or refunds. Locals does not guarantee or facilitate refunds on behalf of Creators.

III. Refund for Locals Premium Membership

Your purchase of Locals Premium Membership is subject to a Mobile Platform's applicable payment policy (Google Play or App Store), which may or may not allow for refunds. Please contact the certain Mobile Platform regarding any refunds or to manage your subscription. We are unable to view, access, or modify any financial transactions from Mobile Platforms for security and privacy reasons.

IV. Money-back guarantee for Locals paid plans for Creators

Locals offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for both Locals Pro and Locals Business plans for Creators. If you are not satisfied with Locals Services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the subscription.
